Yesterday the staff of English Management Solutions, Inc. celebrated the company's 10 year anniversary! We had a great time celebrating this milestone at Petco Park. As a QuickBooks consultant, Will English supports QuickBooks clients across the country, including Hawaii. Much of the work is performed remotely but there are times in which he needs to complete the work onsite. From solving client issues and answering quick questions to completely setting up new QuickBooks systems, we are able to help.

This month alone Will has assisted clients onsite from San Diego to LA County, and this week he's working onsite with a new floor covering client to set-up and configure their QB Enterprise Solutions system for up to 10 users. With a vast amount of inventory and client sales, it's imperative that they implement a robust system that allows them to do such things as accurately manage inventory, automatic price adjustments, use the advanced reporting, and take advantage of the many features in the multi-user mode. Enterprise Solutions has a number of security settings that Will needs to get right as well as he wants to make sure the staff is using the software to its fullest extent.

Our QuickBooks Point of Sale (QBPOS) Fundamentals Seminar & Webinar was a success this past Tuesday. The small class size setting allows our attendees to participate, get their questions answered and issues addressed. Our guests learned additional things from the questions asked by others. The feedback we received is that it was very warm and inviting and they felt like a part of our team. We served a freshly made continental breakfast and lunch from a local deli.Our webinar guests were just as much a part of the class as they were also able to ask questions and give feedback.

Thank you to everyone who attended. Some of the attendees have been using the software but wanted a refresher course with the basic functions. Other guests were brand new to QuickBooks.

We'll host our next Seminar on Tuesday April 17th from 9am-1:30pm. We invite those who couldn't attend this month and for anyone interested in learning more about QuickBooks Point of Sale from the ground up. Learn more.

We have exciting news!
