The EMS office will be closed as following:
Thur. Nov. 28th we will be closed for Thanksgiving
Tue. Dec. 24th we will close at 3pmPST for Christmas Eve
Wed. Dec. 25th we will be closed for Christmas
Tue. Dec. 31st we will close at 3pmPST for New Year's Eve
Wed. Jan. 1st we will be closed for New Year's Day
Also, some of our staff will be taking vacation during the holiday season. This may cause a delay in scheduling support and training. We value each of you and will do our best to accommodate.

1. Please plan accordingly and schedule any upgrades or major process changes before or after our holiday closures, allowing enough time for product to arrive and for us to schedule any support/training necessary.
2. Check your supply of receipt paper, barcode labels and tags, as well as the condition of your equipment. Order ahead so that you’re ready to take advantage of every customer opportunity! If you need to place an order prior to the holidays, please do so in time to allow 4-5 business days for shipping. If it is less than 4 business days, depending on our Distributor’s stock, you may be required to pay for expedited shipping costs.
