This feature helps save research time, the added filter to include/exclude inactive inventory items  provide an up-to-date assessment of your inventory. Giving QB users confidence in knowing that inventory is up to date. 

Check to Bill Pay

Simplifying the tracking of what is owed to vendors from this feature. View outstanding invoices from vendors avoiding manual queries to easily manage payments. Easily prompts to link checks to open bills. 

Invoice Status Tracker

Tracking is Quick. You can now expedite collections and improve cash flow with real-time visibility of invoice statuses. 

Transfer Credits

Streamline workflow by having the ability to perform one-click transfer of credits across customer jobs. Quickbooks allows transfer of credits across jobs and QuickBooks does the accounting for you. New prompts show credits are available when new invoices are created.

(QBES Platinum only).  From a Single dashboard you can view all sale order information (Pick, Pack, & Ship) This feature allows picking of partial order, shipping separately, and the ability to provide packing instruction through paired mobile devices within the company account.  There is also integration with third-party shipping companies (FedEx,UPS, and USPS) allowing to record costs directly into QB,  print carrier-specific shipping labels, and real-time visibility updates, keeping you informed of warehouse updates. 

Reliable Sick and Vacation

Provides greater visibility into employee sick and vacation accruals, balances, and shortfalls. Automatic alerts of negative sick time balances when approving time sheets. Compliance with state mandated maximum accrual rates (Payroll only).
